Our aim is to support you through every stage of the process, from finding the perfect section to getting the right builder, and selecting finance options. At Ravenswood Developments Limited, we have a dedicated team of people working hard to bring you sections and house and land packages at a price you can afford. Plus we're working on creating a bustling commercial area with supermarket and shops that will all help to make Ravenswood an awesome place to live.

Patrick Waser – Head of Sales
Patrick has worked in a sales management role on all Infinity Group projects since 2007. He has had many years’ experience in commercial business brokering in the North Island and has owned and operated large hospitality projects which have involved major construction and renovations. Patrick originated from Sweden and has lived and worked in several countries – so he can speak several languages fluently. He has a strong hospitality background in both sales and marketing and operations.

Miranda Laney – Sales Manager
Miranda is an experienced real estate agent and was working with Harcourts Gold Papanui for 6 years prior to her Ravenswood appointment. She has a wealth of experience in sales, customer relationships, and business management. In addition, she taught English as a second language in Japan for 2 years and spent 4 years in Edinburgh as the Sales & Marketing Manager for a very successful bar, restaurant & nightclub running events and looking after over 500 exclusive members. She has a diploma in professional cookery and an advanced certificate in tourism, and in her spare time, she loves to keep fit by going to the gym and running, along with keeping up with her three children’s sports.

Mark Tammett – Development Manager 
Mark is a qualified civil engineer and project manager with over 20 years' experience on a wide variety of projects throughout NZ and Australia, and was instrumental in delivering many of the projects at Pegasus. Settled in Canterbury since 2001 and with a young family he enjoys time at their bach at Kowai Bush, skiing, fishing, and has a real passion (or some would say obsession!) for craft beer.

Jerome O'Sullivan – Development Manager - Commercial
Jerome has had a career in corporate real estate  and has developed a comprehensive range of skills that are a prerequisite for successfully handling all phases of the property life cycle. He has held senior positions in Telecom, Telco Asset Management and Progressive Enterprises and in his last role he was Harvey Norman’s National Development and Asset Manager, where he was directly responsible for running their New Zealand based property business. He has a Bachelor of Property degree from Auckland University. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast and loves alpine skiing and mountain biking.

Jamie Galloway – Development Manager
Jamie has extensive experience in both civil consultancy and civil construction across New Zealand and Australia. Previously he was a Project Manager at Shadforth Civil Contractors building sustainable residential communities, commercial and industrial subdivisions. Jamie was responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously including Ellendale Estate, a 120 hectare residential masterplanned community. Prior to this Jamie was at All Roads Civil Construction and was responsible for the project management of Edens Crossing and Westbrook subdivisions.

Hetty Van Hale – Communications Manager
Hetty has over 25 years' experience in communications, marketing, sponsorship and event management, having worked for a number of large New Zealand corporates including Brierley Investments, Carter Holt Harvey and Tourism Holdings. She is also a professional director and is a director of High Performance Sport NZ, deputy chair of Central Lakes Trust, chair of Badminton New Zealand, deputy chair of Winter Games New Zealand, a Trustee of Sky City Queenstown Community Trust, and deputy chair of Three Lakes Cultural Trust. Outside work she loves to mountain bike, ski, and read, and loves the arts.

Paul Croft - General Manager
A Chartered Accountant, Paul has extensive property-focused experience. Before returning to New Zealand in 2009 to settle with his young family, Paul worked for almost a decade in Europe, managing large financial and property portfolios for leading investment companies, including UBS Global Asset Management, Equion PLC and Henderson Global Investors. Paul's a bit of a fitness fanatic - he loves cricket, golf, squash and exercise. Camping with his family is a favourite and he's a big armchair sports man.
