$30k discount - We’re celebrating, you’re saving campaign

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The $30,000.00 discount including GST is only valid for sections currently titled in Streamside (Qualifying Sections) based on current list prices.

2. Current list prices are available from the Sales Manager at Ravenswood on request.

3. This promotion only applies for the month of August 2025.

4. Any purchasers must sign an Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate (Agreement) and comply with Ravenswood’s standard terms and conditions within the Agreement. Agreements are available on request from the Sales Manager Ravenswood.

5. To be eligible for this promotion:

   a.       The Purchaser must enter into the Agreement during the month of August 2025 in respect of a Qualifying Section;

   b.       The Purchaser must pay a deposit of ten percent (10%) of the purchase price on the date it falls due under the Agreement for Sale and Purchase;

   c.        If a section is purchased by a company, trust, limited partnership or any other entity, a personal guarantee of the Purchaser’s obligations under the Agreement which is satisfactory to the vendor in all respects must be provided;

   d.       Settlements must occur within one month of the Agreement being unconditional; and

   e.       The Agreement must be on terms and conditions otherwise satisfactory to the Vendor in all respects in its sole and absolute discretion.

6. The Vendor reserves the right to extend the promotion at its sole discretion.
